Internal Regulations of Camping
Opening and closing of reception is from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. To enter in the Camping you have to show your identity card, Passport or drivers licence and fill in the documentations given to comply with the Spanish authorities. Mini-market is opened from 9am to 9 pm. Swimming-pool is opened from 11am to 2:30 pm and from 4 pm to 8:30 pm.
Entrance to the campsite is exclusive only to itself users reserved for that time. Visitors (friends and relatives) are not allowed.
The hours for silence are as followed: from 2 pm to 6 pm and from 10 pm to 0 am. During these hours, the client must leave all kinds of noises, voices and discussions, adjusting the music at a suitable level so not to be a nuisance the neighbours. From 11:00 pm until 8:00 am, the silence must be absolute and vehicular traffic is not allowed within the campsite.
On the day of leaving you must exit before midday, if not, an extra days charge will be added to your bill. As for invoicing a bicycle equals a motorbike, a sleeping bag equals a tent and a car to sleep equals a camping-car. The maximum speed for vehicles is 10 Km/h.
It isn’t allowed to make changes to the plot (ditches, digging, etc.). It isn’t also allowed to change your plot assigned you by reception or invade another plot or interior roads. It isn’t allowed either to wash the cars or to fill swimming pools in plots. It isn’t allowed to stack up equipment under caravans. It is not allowed to make large and uncontrollable fires in plots. We encourage responsible water use.
Pets and animals must always be kept on a leash (and potentially dangerous with muzzle) and clean up any mess outside of the campsite. Pets must always be accompanied and not disturb others campers with annoying noise. Pets cannot go to closed areas, restaurant, toilets, swimming pools, etc, excluding guide dogs. They must show vaccination certificate, and license as appropriate, whenever required by Management.
The Camping is not responsible for theft, damages or dangers of natural causes, for example bush fires in summer. The parents are responsible for damage caused by their children and visitors within the campsite.
The Camping Management, in accordance with these Rules, may remove from campsite any campers who cause danger or have no respect for the cleanliness of the campsite or other campers.
Rules for booking
Para la reserva de un Bungalow el cliente deberá contactar y comprobar disponibilidad del bungalow en las fechas deseadas. Puede hacerlo a través del sistema de reservas de la página web, por email, por teléfono o en persona. Si estuviese libre, el cliente deberá facilitarnos sus datos personales y se realizará la reserva de carácter provisional. Para que sea efectiva dicha reserva, deberá efectuar un 50% de la estancia, como anticipo, mediante transferencia/ingreso, pago con tarjeta (Internet) o giro postal. El cliente dispone de 2 días para efectuar el ingreso, pasados estos días, la reserva será anulada, entendiendo que el cliente ha decidido no reservar. El resto del importe será pagado a la entrada al Camping.
Si el cliente quisiera modificar algo de su reserva tendrá que comunicarlo antes del día de su llegada, así como aquellos que prevean llegar posterior al horario de cierre de recepción.
Si efectúa su llegada al Camping el día posterior a su reserva, el Camping no le abonará el día no disfrutado, igual que si decide marcharse antes del día de salida. La recepción del Camping le podrá abonar con un vale de descuento para su próxima visita.
El día de llegada se podrá disponer del Bungalow A PARTIR DE LAS 14:00h.
El día de salida habrá que dejar disponible el Bungalow ANTES DE LAS 12:00 h.
El Bungalow se dejará limpio y recogido tal como fue entregado, utensilios de cocina limpios, y la basura depositada en los contenedores al efecto.
En caso de anulación de una reserva, del anticipo entregado se devolverá el siguiente porcentaje:
El 95% si avisa con 30 ó más días de antelación.
El 50% si avisa con 2 semanas de antelación.
El 0% si avisa con menos de 1 semana de antelación.
Las reservas de bungalows en temporada baja serán de 2 noches como mínimo. En temporada alta será un mínimo de 4 noches.
La formalización de una reserva, presupone la aceptación por parte del cliente, tanto del Reglamento de régimen interior del Camping, como de las normas generales para reservas.
